I’m headed to Green Bay this weekend. Yes, with 25-30 inches of snow on the ground. I’m among the authors presenting at the amazing Untitled Town conference. I’ll join some well-known figures such as R.L. Stine, of Goosebumps fame, who reports that he’s afraid to come to Wisconsin! And Roxanne Gay, who speaks fearlessly. I’m reading her Hunger: A Memoir of (My) Body and getting to Black Panther: World of Wakanda.
This may be the second best thing about the author life, visiting conferences, and getting the up close and personal view of talented authors. I’ll be very busy on Saturday presenting one workshop and serving on two panels immediately following. I plan to sell some books and meet some fellow book lovers.
